When looking at installing a new telephone platform it is highly important to know that you have the service provided as well as the physical hardware itself. This is why we at JET Communications have ensured that a 24 hour roster is kept to alleviate any unwanted problems.
JET Communications are not just here from 8.30am to 5pm, we are here 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to ensure our customers receive the highest standards possible with reference to their telephony requirements. We have ensured that an emergency number is allocated to all of our customers, this is manned by our Customer Care team who shall be the first point of contact, your call shall then be forwarded quickly and efficiently to any of the engineers on the stand-by roster.
JET Communications have made sure that none of our customers in both Jersey or Guernsey need ever be left without service as a result of any fault occurring on their telephony services. This service is not dependant to any maintenance agreement, this is available to every customer.
